Who processes your data

The data controller is Polytechnia, a Société par actions simplifiée (simplified joint-stock company under French law) with share capital of EUR 10.00, registered under number 109 074 005 R.C.S. Paris, with its registered office at 173 rue de Courcelles, 75017 Paris, France.

What we receive

The only way to send us personal data on this site is the contact form. It contains no hidden optional fields.

Contact form

The name or company name you enter, your email address, the type or types of need you tick, your message, and the language the site was displayed in.

IP address

Used solely to stop automated submissions. It is held in memory for ten minutes, is never written to disk, and is never attached to the content of your message.

Audience measurement

Aggregated traffic statistics: pages viewed, country, device type, referring site. Measurement uses no cookies, no advertising identifiers and no cross-site tracking, through a tool we host ourselves on our own servers in France.

How long we keep it

• Your message and contact details: for as long as we are in touch, then three years from our last contact, after which they are deleted.
• Form IP address: ten minutes.
• Traffic statistics: aggregated, containing no data that could identify you.

Who can see it

Your messages are read by the Polytechnia team and by nobody else. They arrive in a mailbox hosted by OVH in France, and are flagged on our internal team messaging service, also hosted on our own servers in France.

We do not sell, rent or otherwise pass on your data, and we never use it for advertising. No data is transferred outside the European Union.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies at all: no advertising cookies, no analytics cookies, no technical cookies. That is why you see no consent banner.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data, as well as the right to data portability. Simply write to contact@polytechnia.fr. We reply within one month.

If our answer does not satisfy you, you may contact the French data protection authority (CNIL), 3 place de Fontenoy, 75007 Paris, or lodge a complaint at cnil.fr.
